Enabling Cookies - Firefox

Firefox (enable all cookies)

1. Select the menu button (upper-right) and select Options.

2. Select Privacy & Security.

3. Select Custom and remove the checkmark from Cookies.

Firefox (enable cookies for a website)

1. Select the menu button (upper-right) and select Options.

2. Select Privacy & Security.

3. Scroll down to Cookies and Site Data. Select Manage Permissions.

4. Enter the URL in the Address of website box and select Allow. The website is listed in the box below. Any websites listed in this area allow cookies.

5. Select Save Changes.

Enabling Cookies in EDGE

Edge (enable all cookies)

1. Select the Settings and More button and then select Settings.

2. Select Privacy & security.

3. Set Cookies to Don’t block cookies.

Enabling Cookies in Chrome

Chrome (enable all cookies)

1. Select the Customize and Control Google Chrome button and then select Settings.

2. The Settings page opens. Select Cookies and other site data.

3. Select Allow all cookies.

4. Close the Settings page.

Chrome (enable cookies for a website)

1. Select the Customize and Control Google Chrome button and then select Settings.

2. The Settings page opens. Select Cookies and other site data.

3. Scroll down to Sites that can always use cookies. Select Add.

4. Enter the name of the website, check All cookies, and select Add.

5. The site is listed under Sites that can always use cookies.

Close the Settings page.

6. Close the Settings page.

Enabling Cookies in Safari

Safari (enable all cookies)

1. Select Safari, then select Preferences.

2. Select Privacy.

3. Uncheck Block All Cookies.

Forgot Username

1. Open the Sign In page and select the Forgot Your Username link.

2. Complete the form and select CONTINUE.

3. Answer the identity question and select CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP.

4. Your username appears. Enter your password and select LOGIN to enter the site.

Forgot Password

1. On the homepage, select LOGIN.

2. Select the Forgot Your Password link.

3. Enter your username and select CONTINUE.

4. Complete the form and select CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP.

5. Answer the identity question and select CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP.

6. Enter a new password (two times) and select CONTINUE TO NEXT STEP.

7. You will be logged into the website and the home page appears.
